Brook Bistro Bottomless Brunch
When it comes to elevating this cherished weekend tradition, Cardiff’s Brook Bistro stands out as a top contender. This charming eatery is found in Whitchurch and offers a more sophisticated bottomless brunch experience.

The modern interior brings the outside in, with green and floral decorations and bold colours on the wall adorned with neon signs. The contemporary décor, accented by soft lighting and tasteful furnishings, sets the stage for a memorable dining experience. On warmer days, the outdoor terrace is perfect for enjoying good food with a view.
The restaurant’s welcoming atmosphere sets the perfect tone, whether catching up with friends, celebrating a special occasion, or simply treating yourself to a leisurely weekend outing.

Bottomless Brunch Brook Bistro Reviews
Of course, the brunch experience is only complete with exceptional fare, and Brook Bistro Whitchurch Menu certainly delivers on this front. The bistro menu boasts a tempting array of dishes, ranging from classic breakfast staples to inventive creations that showcase the culinary prowess of the kitchen team. From fluffy pancakes adorned with fresh berries to perfectly poached eggs nestled atop avocado toast, each dish is crafted with care and attention to detail.
The bottomless brunch offer includes two courses and free-flowing Prosecco for up to 90 minutes. Available Tuesday to Saturday between 9am and 4pm and Sunday between 9am and 12pm. It is £35.95 per person.

So, what did I try?
The Breakfast Salad combines flavours and textures with a base of refreshing baby gem lettuce. The salad is elevated with the addition of peppery chorizo and creamy avocado slices. Alongside this are golden nuggets of hash browns, poached eggs (which could have had a bit more of a drizzly yolk for my taste), and a balance of sweetness from the maple syrup dressing.

The second course was Belgian Waffles, which had a light and fluffy interior and a crispy golden exterior. Each bite offered a rich, buttery flavour. Accompanying the waffles was a generous dollop of mixed fruit compote, bursting with colour and tart flavours, a touch of creaminess from the crème fraiche, and sweetness from a drizzle of Canadian maple syrup. It’s the perfect way to end a decadent breakfast.

However, what truly sets Brook Bistro’s bottomless brunch apart is the option to indulge in free-flowing drinks alongside your meal. Unlike other establishments, there isn’t a selection of beverages; it is only Prosecco. Which is served in intricate flutes, making the experience more decadent. Staff were always nearby to keep the glass topped up. (However, it wasn’t the best-tasting Prosecco! Even the waitress said it wasn’t to her taste.)

As a Whitchurch girl, it’s almost shameful to admit it was my first visit! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the impeccable service and attention to detail. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcomed and cared for throughout our visit.
If you want to book your next bottomless brunch in Cardiff, I recommend visiting Brook Bistro. You’re sure to leave with a satisfied stomach and a smile on your face. Trust me, you won’t be disappointed!
