Hey, fellow bottomless brunch enthusiasts, come with me as I review Brown’s Bottomless Brunch in the heart of Cardiff. Best Bottomless Brunch Cardiff

What is a bottomless brunch? Traditionally, it’s a late breakfast with mimosas or bucks fizz. Here in Wales, we take it to the extreme, and it is generally a food dish or two with free-flowing Prosecco within a 90-minute time frame. Some Cardiff restaurants include cocktails and pints. Some places also give you limitless food or a two-hour time slot, often into the early evening.

Typically, bottomless brunch starts from your table time, so you may not get your full drinking time if you run late. Also, your drinks will be replaced one at a time. And you can usually only order the next one when you’ve finished the first. Choose your food wisely; if you need a decent meal when drinking like me, you may wish to have a large breakfast or a snack before you go. The meals tend to be lighter or small plates.

Top tip: Make sure you make a booking in advance by calling or clicking the book now button on the website. Most establishments require 24-48 hours’ notice.

Browns Cardiff Bottomless Brunch Reviews

When you step into Browns Brasserie and Bar, you’re welcomed by an ambience that balances class and charm effortlessly. The sleek interior impressed me. You’ll feel like you’ve stumbled upon the most relaxed hangout in the city. Whether you’re there for a casual catch-up or a celebration, Brown’s is ideal for a memorable brunch experience.

The staff at Brown’s deserve a round of applause for their impeccable service โ€“ well, the majority of them. The ones we dealt with most were warm, making you feel like a VIP without any stuffy formality. Need a top-up on your drink? No problem. Got a quirky dietary request? They’ve got you covered.

Browns Cardiff Drinks Menu

Now, let’s get down to the star of the show – the bottomless offerings. Browns don’t mess around when it comes to keeping your glass full. There are two options on the Browns bottomless brunch menu: a Champagne Bottomless Brunch with unlimited Moet & Chandon or a Prosecco Bottomless Brunch. It also includes Bloody Mary’s, Aperol Spritz and Peach Bellinis. The drinks kept flowing like a waterfall.

While the drinks steal the spotlight, the food at Browns brunch menu is simple but with some exciting flavours. From classic eggs benedict to the adventurous lobster benedict for a small supplement. However, two of our party had this, and we wouldn’t recommend it. The small lobster tail was dry, and the meat was tough.

If you want a hearty portion, the burger is a must. It was huge! There’s also avocado toast, a club sandwich, smoked salmon and scrambled eggs and buttermilk pancakes. It’s the kind of brunch that will make you reconsider your allegiance to breakfast foods. The presentation is Instagram-worth too.
