So, I don’t wear a lot of jewellery, a smartwatch, maybe a bracelet, a ring or two, earrings, and a necklace. My jewellery has to be delicate. I’m not one to wear chunky pieces. I worry that shorter chains bring attention to the wrinkles that have started to appear on my neck. Or that a long one will get lost in my ample bust. The website is straightforward to navigate. From ordering to the delivery, the process was seamless. The items are shipped to your home. I got regular – but not annoying – updates of when I should expect the delivery.
JoyAmo Returns
If your item arrives damaged, incorrectly designed, or not what you expected, you can return the item. The return policy says unworn items can be returned within 120 days of delivery. But, if it has been personalised, it will incur a 30% restocking fee. Silver and gold plated jewellery have a one year warranty.
